Lane Britain is a Partner of Aplomado and its energy investment affiliate PetroCap. Lane grew up in Amarillo, Texas, and has watched the renewable energy market grow up around him in the Panhandle. Prior to joining Aplomado and PetroCap, Lane held positions with Highland Capital, the Carlyle Group, Salomon Smith Barney, and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Lane attended both the London School of Economics and Rice University, receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice. Lane currently serves on the Board of the Perot Museum and is a member of the Dallas Zoological Society Board of Directors.
