Bobbi Shaw

Bobbi Shaw, CPA is the Controller of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Ms. Shaw spent ten years with Lantern Asset Management, LLC, serving as Assistant Controller, focusing on distressed investments from a wide variety of industries from retail, hospitality, timeshare and entertainment. As the Assistant Controller, Ms. Shaw oversaw all accounting functions related to the portfolio companies. Before Lantern, Ms. Shaw was a Senior Revenue Accountant at Chesapeake Energy, focusing on revenue management for midstream operations. She began her career as an auditor at Cole and Reed, P.C. specializing in not for profit and financial institutions. Ms. Shaw graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
