Matt Batcher

Matt Batcher is an Associate of PetroCap, LLC. Prior to joining PetroCap, Matt spent one and a half years with MedCore Partners, serving as a Senior Accountant as well as an Asset Management Analyst. During his time with MedCore, Matt focused on 20 operating senior living facilities, being responsible for lender and equity reporting requirements, assisting with the annual operating and capital expenditure (capex) budgets, processing lender-held reserve funding requests, and preparing financial and cash-flow analyses on a monthly basis. Before MedCore, Matt began his career as an Experienced Associate at BDO, LLP, where he would meet with private and public clients to walk through and test internal control processes, document said processes to Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards, and develop a report of observations and recommendations to present to management. Matt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and graduated with a Master’s degree in both Accountancy and Business Management from The University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
