Jill VanGorden

Jill VanGorden is the Director of Business Support at Aplomado and its energy investment affiliate PetroCap. In addition to office management, she is responsible for Corporate Giving, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology support. Prior to joining PetroCap, Jill was the Vice President of Guest Engagement at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she was responsible for setting guest experience strategy, museum partner company relationships, public programs, and management of a team of over 100 engagement specialists. Jill has also held leadership roles at the Crow Museum of Asian Art and Big Thought. She was an art teacher in public and private schools and a project manager for McDonald’s Corporation/Perseco and Plastofilm Industries in Chicago. Jill holds an Industrial Design degree from the University of Illinois, Alternative Teaching Certificate in K-12 Art, and Graphic Design Certification from SMU.
